Ethan Jordan Jewelers provides free shipping on all online orders.

CUSTOM-ORDER PRODUCTION TIME

All items are custom ordered. Please allow 2–14 business days for production before your order is shipped or ready for pickup. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

INSURED DELIVERY AND SIGNATURE

All shipped packages are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a secure delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package.

Delivery time begins after production is complete. Carrier delays may occasionally occur after an order leaves our facility.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customers must provide their legal first and last name, a valid phone number, and a valid email address during checkout. Please review all contact and delivery information carefully. Ethan Jordan Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

PAY ONLINE AND PICK UP IN STORE

Eligible orders may be paid for online and picked up at a selected Ethan Jordan Jewelers location. Available pickup locations will be displayed during checkout. The 2–14 business-day production time also applies to pickup orders.

Please do not travel to the store until you receive confirmation that your order is ready. We will contact you by email and/or telephone using the information provided during checkout.

The person collecting the order must present the order confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID matching the legal name on the order.
