All of our items are considered custom-made. All sales are final. There are no refunds on custom-made jewelry. However, Exchanges or store credit are available if returned in salable condition within 14 days from the date the jewelry was delivered. Buyers will be held responsible for any restocking fees and/or reconditioning fees, plus all shipping fees as they are non-refundable. Absolutely no refunds due to "buyer's remorse". Absolutely no refunds on any custom work. If the received order was faulty or damaged, we will adequately meet obligations under the applicable laws.
